RETURNS & STORE CREDIT
We want you to love your items. So if there's anything that just doesn't work for you, of course we will accept a return. The customer is responsible for all costs associated with making a return. Because our selection changes so frequently, and many of our items are limited edition, we ask that you send your items back to us within one week (7 days) from receiving shipment. Only items in new, unworn condition with tags attached may be returned. Items that were purchased at a discount greater than 10% may be returned for store credit only. Items purchased at a discount of 50% or more are final sale.
Please return the items in original condition (unworn, unwashed, unaltered), including the LUXE AND CURVES hangtags attached. Carefully review the Non-Returnable Items policy below to make sure your item is eligible to be returned.
The following are not eligible for refund and will be denied:
- Returns received after 7days of the original shipment date
- All items marked “FINAL SALE”
- Final sale items also cannot be exchanged
- Damaged, washed, worn or altered items, including items returned with deodorant, makeup, smoke, perfume and/or stains
LUXE AND CURVES reserves the right to determine eligibility for refunds, and to update this Policy at any time without notice.
LUXE AND CURVES is not responsible for payment of return shipping charges or any packages that are lost, stolen or damaged.

We offer store credit on items that were purchased at a discount greater than 10% on orders within the continental United States and Canada. Merchandise may be returned for Store Credit within 7 days of the delivery of the order. (Item must ship to LUXE AND CURVES by the 7th day or return will not be accepted). Customer is responsible for return shipping.
