To process a return, first contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org for approval. Upon approval, we will email your RMA# and return shipping label.
Returns must be sent (or postmarked) within 100 days of your order’s original shipment date. Please return the items in original condition (unworn, unwashed, unaltered), including the LUXE AND CURVES hangtags attached. Carefully review the Non-Returnable Items policy below to make sure your item is eligible to be returned.
The following are not eligible for refund and will be denied:
- Returns received after 100 days of the original shipment date
- All items marked “FINAL SALE”
- Final sale items also cannot be exchanged
- Damaged, washed, worn or altered items, including items returned with deodorant, makeup, smoke, perfume and/or stains
LUXE AND CURVES reserves the right to determine eligibility for refunds, and to update this Policy at any time without notice.
Fill out the applicable sections on your packing slip, include the RMA# (you will receive via email) and secure the return label to your package. If returning items from separate orders, combine them into one package and include packing slips for each item.
Your return must be sent (or postmarked) within 100 days of the original shipment date in order to be eligible.
LUXE AND CURVES is not responsible for any return packages that are lost or damaged.

Once we receive your return package, please allow 7 - 10 business days for your return to be processed. You will receive an email confirmation when your refund has been processed. Refunds will be credited to the original method of payment. Depending on your banking institution, it may take a few days to post the funds to your credit card account. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
We offer free standard shipping on all exchange orders within the continental United States and Canada. Exchanges must be made within 100 days of shipment date.
Since many of our items sell out quickly, the best way to make an exchange is to place a new order for the item you want. This will ensure that your item is still in stock. Once we receive your return, we will waive the standard shipping charges on the new order, and send you a return confirmation email. The standard shipping will only be waived for exchange orders of the same product.
To make an exchange with free Standard shipping:
- Place a new order for the item(s) you want

If you are exchanging an item for a different size in the same style and color, we are happy to match the original price you paid for the exchange.
